Your event cost will depend on the scope of the event. Your Event Place’s basic fees for design, planning, set-up and on-site management are very competitive. We offer a free one-hour consultation with the following options.
Option I
Event Management Blueprint:
Your Event Place will provide you with an Event Management Blueprint – guidelines which can serve as a roadmap for managing your event. Think of it as a “recipe” for a successful event. We provide the “ingredients”; you put the event together. Cost of Option I is $500.
Option II
Event Management Blueprint Plus:
Your Event Place will provide you with an Event Management Blueprint and offer a limited level of implementation counseling. The blueprint we furnish will provide you with the guidelines and components needed for a successful event. We will then work with you on a limited basis to help you design event, carry out plans and provide execution assistance. Management fees for Option II are 10% of total event cost plus expenses.
Option III
Event Management Blueprint Deluxe:
Your Event Place will provide you with an Event Management Blueprint and offer a total integration of implementation counseling. The blueprint we furnish will provide the guidelines and components needed for a successful event. We will then work with you on a consistent basis to help you design event, carry out plans and provide complete execution assistance. This comprehensive level of counseling and assistance will assure a successful event. Management fees for Option III are 15-20% of total event cost plus expenses.
Option IV
Personalized Package
Your Event Place can also provide customized package options depending on the level of services required. Management fees are priced ala carte with an hourly fee of $60 plus expenses.
Option V
Retainer
Your Event Place can also work with you on a retainer basis when ongoing projects/events are anticipated. Management fees for retainers vary and are customized based on needs.
